How to Make a Claim
Should you need to make a claim following a trip away, it’s our aim to deal with it as efficiently as possible. The terms and conditions of your policy guide us in regards to any claim we receive and you can use this to provide you with further information too.
To get the claim process started you will need to download and complete the relevant claim form.
Below you will find a list of forms split into different claim classifications. Please select the form that’s related to your specific claim type and fill this out with as much information as possible. You will then need to send us the completed form, along with any accompanying evidence that’s required.

The Claims Process
Our Claims Department strives to provide the following levels of service:
- Turnaround time: 10-15 working days, from receipt of fully completed claims form.
- Phone calls: The team aim to provide callbacks within 48 hours.
- Letter Response: The team aims to respond to all incoming correspondence within five working days of receipt.
